The Lower Hudson Cadillac LaSalle Club visits the Trolley Museum

Arranging group visits

A group may charter the trolley any day during the week from April to November based on the following policy:

Charter rate per person same as regular fare ($6 adult, $4 children and seniors, under 5 free), plus the following stipulations:

When you call the Museum, specify where the trolley will pick up your group:
[a] the Trolley Museum (89 East Strand, Kingston)
[b] TR Gallo Memorial Park (1 Broadway, Kingston)
[c] Hudson River Maritime Museum (Rondout Landing)
[d] Kingston Point Park

Bus parking is available at the Trolley Museum and along East Strand.

Your group may also bring a picnic lunch. Tables are located at TR Gallo Memorial Park and Kingston Point. If you plan to have a picnic, mention this when you make your reservation.

Please allow enough time for your visit. Here is a break down of the activities:

Groups with a particular interest in trolley cars, railroading or transportation history are certainly welcome to spend more time in the Visitors Center and Restoration Shop. Plan your time accordingly.

There are restrooms in the Trolley Museum Visitors Center and at TR Gallo Memorial Park. The Trolley Museum Visitors Center also has a gift shop.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours in advance with the option to either have your deposit refunded or convert it to a museum donation. For cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the deposit is not refundable.

Tipping Policy: Any monetary tips given to trolley crew and museum staff will be donated to the museum.
