The Hudson and Manhattan Railroad operated these cars in the "Hudson Tubes" which are better know today as the PATH tunnels between Manhattan and New Jersey. These classic cars were reduced to work units in their final days of service.

The museum's two H & M cars are very similar. The museum is using both cars for storage while they are waiting to be restored.

Dimensions: 51'-0" x 8'-10.5" x 11'-8.5", Weight: 79,200 lbs., Seating Capacity: 44.
